I bought a decoder on the 30/11/13 and l was promised installation within a day or two. This was not the case as the installer assigned to me proved to be very unprofessional and never making it for appointments. He would phone around 9 or 10pm and postpone the all appointments and called me arrogant and impatient when l pointed how unprofessional he is. Finally after 10days l returned the decoder and bought one at House and Home Sandton last thursday. I explained to the sales person what happened with Game and he promised to get an installer by saturday of which he texted me the details Vusi His number :0781982003 .I called and texted him he never bothered to answer or reply. What l find pathetic is after l called some woman answered his fone and said he's not available and he might not even be the one who is supposed to install. Since the 30th l have been trying to get a dish installed, it has taken this long.l bought the decoder should l chase after the installer. These encounters have painted a very poor image of Multichoice-you promised installation make sure it happens this week. It has been a pathetic service very disappointed that you hire such people, no sense of customer service
