We where notified 2 weeks ago that some decoders will have to use new Smartcards and to my understanding, this exchange should be free of charge. So we took our decoder to a Multichoice centre and we are told we have to pay flippen R4oo bucks if not more because we haven't been paying the insurance! I'm really confused here, nothing happened to our decoder, lightening didn't strike it, it didn't fall down and break the internal components, the decoder was working fine till the 8th February.
We have been loyal customers, paying our premium subscription monthly with no problems, why you guys doing this to now? its been 4 days now without dstv.
