Booked on internet, but on arrival different seating plan (Mandela 20h15 cinema 16). Seated behind low wall, but my wife could not see full screen. No other acceptable seats available, hence we left the cinema. We were fully reimbursed, but immensely diisappointed. We only have time to have a cinema experience 2/3 times per year, so to have tonight ruined has much more loss to us than just to get money back. My 2nd time at Nu Metro; will not easily go back.
