I went to the XD theatre for one of the shows, after we were seated the lady came to tell me that I need to move as the seat that I sat on was out of order, I moved and they started the show, because I've been on this before I knew something was wrong when my seat never moved, I had to sit and watch the entire show without anything happening, when I came out and told her - she said that she could see with the worst attitude and no apology and gave me my refund, my friends then told me that their seats kept getting stuck and that there was hardly any movement 'which is supposedly the point of the XD feature' after hearing this I asked the lady if she could play back to see the footage as they were complaing whilst it was on, she refused and was most arrogant about it, she then called her manager who said that he cannot authorise any refund which is strange since she had given my refund witout her manager- I'm so dissappointed with the service! And the fact that the arrogant and clearly inexperienced staff said that their machines were "tired" there was no apology from the manager who handled the complaint terribly- nathi the manager took my details and said the director will call me
