I called the Cell C Call centre to cancel the subscription for R33.00 a month off my Edgards account and they havent done anything to date??? I got an Edgards statement this morning confirming that I have to pay the R33.00 of which I cancelled last month? the call centre agent promised that she would convert the Number to prepaid. i have not used the Sim card eversince i made the call to cancel subscription.!!!
i would like the service cancelled and the money credited off my account.
Please help me as their service is extremely poor!
