I've been planning functions for a very long time and I was truely shocked by the unprofessional way things were done. From the lack of service from Johannah Moeng who is in charge of the venue booking, to no one suddenly aware of the fact that ours was suppose to be an open bar and not a cash bar etc to spelling mistakes on our bear adoption certificate and even worse our Company name wrong on the Zoo website under adoptive parents.
You should really find someone else to run the venues because I blame the lack of service I got from Johannah for the disaster that was our Year End function. Best of all is - she read all my emails but just chose not to answer them? Thank goodness that I got someone more competent to help AFTER I had to send many more emails saying that I'm not getting the service we as paying customers where allowed to have. But still there were things slipping through the cracks because Johannah Moengh was not doing her job.
