I purchased movie tickets for the 6th December 2013 and unfortunately Mandela past away.
I had purchased the tickets for his film and Nu Metro still have not refunded me and I have called their call centre and still nothing has been done.
They're completely unhelpful and refuse to business with them if this is the service their customers receive.
