Hello Peter, in apr/may my dstv had a problem due to load shedding i took it to the outlet at columbine ave where i was told its damaged, although i assumed it was insured i was told otherwise, i got another one and had it conected to my name and confirmed with the consultant its insured, tues eve power faliour and dstv faulty on going to the outlet to check i was informed im not insured the old dstv was but cancelled when i bought the new one these dstv has problems but they will replace the same, i can go to randberg and try for the new make. my point first im insured then not then im insured now not. if these certain products are faulty why do they keep them why if you have outlets must we go all the way to randberg. i have missed in total more than a month viewing but still been debited so i just keep paying while dstv cosultants has no idea whats going on. So is there someone at multy choice that can explain? In the meantime im without TV and not happy at all. Ruby Isaacs
