I've upgraded my bouquet earlier this month and downgraded a couple of days later. Then I had a problem with the website not being able to do this and I had to call the callcentre to help me, which they did. This past friday I upgraded to Premium again and when I decided to downgrade yesterday the website again disconnected me and didn't reconnect me. When I contacted the callcentre this morning I get told in a very arrogant tone that my account has been suspended and that I have to make payment of about R280 which includes a R50 reconnection fee!!? I didn't disconnect the service, the website did. There was no warning on the website, it simply disconnected Premium and failed to connect any other package. And why the do I have to pay cash upfront to have my services reactivated, that I didn't deactivate? I'm on a freakin debit order!!! Additionally I don't get a choice in which bouquet I want either, it's Premium or nothing!! Really?!!! I've never seen any warnings about this on the website?
