During the month of October I upgraded to the Premium option and downgraded my service to easyview option. I was under the impression the additional amount will be deducted of my account as in the past. Could not access my account earlier and phoned the call center I was informed that the amount was due for payment and the previous consultant should have informed me. I asked why this was so as my account is settled via debit order and in the past I upgraded and the debit order was adjusted to R800 or R900. Why is this different with down grading? When asking the consultant how does this I was told "this is how the system works". In principle I 'am being penalised with a R50.00 reconnection fee which is not fair. I will be settling my account but will not reconnect my service with DSTV out of principal. The explanation this is how this system works does not cut it. Thank you
