Deactivated my account without reason

This unprofessionalism, incompetence really gets into my naives. I have created a stop order with my bank to debit R345 every month in favour of this No Choice thing. This month the money was debited on the 21st but No Choice decided to deactivate my account without checking. They even have the audacity to ask me to pay reconnection fee. Their notification on my screen always says I must pay R303.22. If I'm paying R345 each month surely the amount must reduce every month. There are two big games today please reconnect my account or cancel it for good. Please also debit my account with the same reconnection fee I was supposed to pay if I was at fault, is your fault then you must pay.
