I have THREE decoders with DSTV and subscribe to the EasyView channel. I have a debit order with Multichoice to deduct R60 per month. A day after Christmas my DSTV account was suspended the reason being 'non payment of account" Although my FNB statement shows that the money was taken off my account I also get slapped with R150.00 for reconnection fee. On Sunday the the 27 January 2013 once more my account gets suspended and I get charged R150 reconnection fee although a debit order was taken off my FNB account. I have to go through the inconvenience for Multichoice to reconnect me and when you phone their help line their staff are so incompetent. today, being the 29th January 2013 my account has still not been sorted out and their incompetent staff refuses to give me the email address of their superior or financial director.
