Cinecentre cannot change an online movie booking

I accidently booked for the incorrect movie via the Cinecentre website [URL Removed] for Captain Phillips instead of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I thought, ok I will phone the call centre and ask them to change the movie to the correct one and all would be quite simple; the movie is the same time and the same evening and there are plenty of seats available. On calling the call centre, all they could tell me was that they could not change nor can they refund the booking, as this is stated in their T's & C's. I think this is an absolute load of rubbish as our online transaction website had to contain a full refund policy for such problems. However, I don't really want a refund, I want to watch the correct movie and so I am very sure that other people must have had this problem before. How can a company have such a lack of ability as to change a seat booking from one movie to another, when there are seats available... is this the stone age? While I got quite heated on the phone, I must say that their staff manning the call centre obviously also get paid to do nothing!!!

A seriously irate customer who would prefer to never go to Cine Centre again and will try not!
