So again I have to complain about you pathetic service! you! I called to confirm that a debit order will be moved from one account to another on 5 June 2013. confirmation was received telephonically by your agent.
So they didn't take a debit order. In July you cut my service and I had to pay re-connection fee even though it was not my fault! then today it happens again you just cut me off with no notification! the problem I have is that every time this happens I have to pay a reconnection fee and it was NOT my fault that I got cut off in the 1st place.
I loaded a debit order because it is convenient for me that way! now i have to pay extra for your call centre and accounts departments' incompetence!!! I am not a happy customer and I want an explanation and a formal letter of apology with a refund for this month's reconnection fee!!! and don't send me an automated response because I will come to Randburg and go 50 shades of crazy there!!!
