Over the last week end I have hardly been able to watch most channels due to CLOUD COVER! This means that the moment there is poor weather when you really need to be able to watch TV you cant because of cloud cover, surely these days the signal should be strong enough to get thru the clouds!! If this is not the case then you are not able to provide the service which you are paid for and should then refund for those periods that are down. These days you are able to establish how much signal is being received and should therefore be able to refund for those periods not received. I spoke to Thabo who told me this this is common and he is unable to help.
