I have experienced excellent service with the Cloud Nine Hair team. My cloud nine broke when it was almost 2 years old, I have sent back my Cloud Nine with all the paperwork. Desmond and his team review it, and I get my replacement in no time - delivered to the office. Good Service and I am a customer for life.
