Can not watch channels which are being paid fo

Im on DStv compact bt i can't watch these channels 128, 129, 183, 209 and 229.
I did notify the enquiries before, here are my case numbers 4117378 and 4126947.
I was told that they did reset my account bt up to now nothing have changed.
