3 weeks later, 5 HelloPeter reports later, a lot of time wasted, money still missing from my account and TopTv/StarSat keep on changing their story. People shouldnt be fooled about the responses they receive from TOPTV on HelloPeter. This is merely because they work according to a turnaround time according to Pryan Govender who handles complaints from HelloPeter. We paid 3 weeks ago by credit card. TV was on for 5 days and then was switched off without explanation. The transaction was a nightmare from the beginning and continues to be. The money was deducted R239 after struggling on the telephone with an incompetent person for over 30 minutes to purchase pre-paid TOPTV service. Its a!!! stay away from any prepaid TOPTV service. Check out HelloPeter complaints of other customers that this has happened to. Coincidence??? Impossible!!! calls back and forth with a different story everytime and NOTHING getting resolved. The latest story is that the transaction has been reversed. We have just checked bank balance and... NO SURPRISE... NOTHING!!! TOPTV TRANSACTIONS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We will be taking this further.
