The dish was not properly install and it fell no one is taking the blame. When I applied for your service you never told me that once I have a problem it will take me months to be assisted, I am complaining about the dish for months everybody is passing the buck. When sighing a contract I signed with Multichoice not somebody secondly after the installation was done you never called to find out whether the installation was done correctly or what? As long you receive my monthly payment it's OK with you.
Please I am not happy my service is not working.
