Very poor call centre and online facilities

Two Things:
1. I tried having my account paid online and was unable to view any account information or payment links. Had to then pay via EFT which takes about 2 - 3 days to reflect in their account, in that time my account was suspended and i was charged a reconnection fee.

2. I tried to reconnect telephonically but I waited for 45mins (3 calls) and still had no assistance at all. Issues with DSTV has been up and down for me.

The sad reality is that we are paying too much for this service and receive very poor service, but we are stuck as there is no other competitor we could turn to, which is something that DSTV knows very well...
