I have been on the premier package for at least a month today but surprisingly, i received a call from multichoice asking me to upgrade from compact to premium. i thought this was laughable, ridiculous and a complete waste of time.
I would suggest that Multichoice upgrades their systems so as to avoid embarrassments like this.
