DEPOSIT PAYMENT REVERSAL MULTICHOICE CAN'T EXPLAIN

On the November the 30th 2012 i deposited an amount of R620.00 using the cash accepting machine at the Bloed Mall ABSA, i got a statement dated 2012-12-01 showing that the money was recieved and another statement dated 2012-12-02 indicating the amount i have to pay the following months which was R582.00, to my suprise i got an sms in December indicating that i need to pay R1202.00 all the statements are attached, in January i paid R590.00, between the 7th and the 8th of January my account was suspended, i called your call center to enquire was inform that the amount of R620.00 paid on the 30th of November was revised on the 04th of December 2012, the lady who assited me informed me she doesnt know where the money was transferd to she told me stories about how i didnt have money in my account, i desputed that because that was a deposit not a transfer, she advised me to go enquire at the bank which i did (attached you will find the Complaint and the report thereof) they called your call center on my behalf and couldnt get any solution still log a complaint which the case was closed as there was no fault from there site,
now i had to pay R 50.00. WHERE WAS THE MONEY TRASFERED TO N
