Since yesterday the next day's schedule doesn't load on the channel view in the tv guide on [URL Removed] I called multichoice to report the problem. Nellie told me everything works fine on her end and I should rather report the problem to the support team. Why do I bother calling multichoice then? This is an ongoing problem. All the other websites that I regularly use works fine, how can the problem be on my end? All I want is a website that works hassle-free; I don't want to have to struggle with it on a regular basis.
