On 19 october my decoder just stopped producing audio I then double checked all cables and all were in order. I then called customer service where I was told to take it to the service center for them to check it. I then sent my brother where he was "helped" by Vusi in Jabulani mall and then he was told that I have to buy a new decoder for R360, when I called customer service a lady by the name of Mandlakazi told me to bring it to Randburg for them to assess it and in the mintime my service can be suspended until I reach Randburg. I now have to lip read while watching TV until I drive all the way to Randburg where I will get the same response where clearly its not my fault that their product is of poor quality. Why am I being taken from pillar to post for the service I pay for in advance? and why are there service centers when I still have to go to their head office for the same service? Should I accept such pathetic service?
