We got to the ticket counter at about 17:20 to buy tickets before we had dinner. My friend asked the ticket lady for tickets to see RIPD the 19:30 Show. I printed my free movie ticket (Card number 94514887) prior to this and handed it to the woman behind the counter. My friend handed her the money to pay for his ticket and she handed us our tickets. First thing I notice is that the ticket is for 17:00 RIPD show. I then asked her to correct her error as we have dinner arrangements at 6PM with my Parents. She then informed us she cannot fix the error as one of the tickets is for a Free Movie ticket and once printed cannot be reversed / changed. She then wanted to put us in a position to watch the 7 30 movie by just letting us through. I protested as I am not going to get into a Seat fight with other patrons who have paid seats. After getting nowhere with her bad attitude we decided to cancel our dinner arrangements and watch the movie. After buying drinks and popcorn we walk into the movie just to notice it has already been on for at least 10 to 15 minutes. My movie experience was completely ruined and I missed dinner with my parents.
