Dstv on demand and catch up

Sent 5 emails no response. iPad dstv app was working 100% and now it is not working why I cannot say. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It asks for country and once u save that it crashes.. No one answers why and with my husband being in the hospital he relied on the iPad to watch catchup. I think dstv need to give us a refund for the app not working after all I am paying two premium subscriptions. It just seems they don't care. I have an he pvr at home with extra view and a holiday decoder. We are busy using holiday decoder here in Pretoria. The iPad. App must be updated or why do they advertise it? Very annoyed custome
