Hi there,

This is now from my wife's account since I have no other way of following up on my complaint from yesterday.
You gave me feedback that my problem has been escalated and that someone will contact me soon. Well I don't know what your soon means but its now a day later and nothing has changed.

Have someone who has an ability to assist and explain contact me urgently!
