In Feb 2013, Multichoice debited my account for R1174.08. As this debit was higher than usual I queried it. I contacted the call centre on 24/04 (ref number: 129672015), spent /-25 minutes on the phone and was finally told that I would receive telephonic feedback within 7 working days.
On 20/05 (ref number: 132335369) I called the call centre again and was told that my query is now being escalated and I would receive a call from a line manager the following day.
Today is the 23rd May, almost a month since I logged my complaint and I have received no feedback/callback/resolution to my query... but I have no doubt that Multichoice will make sure they debit my account for June's installment!
Contact me urgently regarding this. If I am unavailable, try again because I am sure you would if I didn't settle outstanding amounts due TO you.
