Verbal abuse, damaged vehicle and refuse to fix i

I paid to have a radio and speakera installed in my brothers mini. They ripped out half the original dash and put in cheap vinyl. The radio stopped working the next day. When we went in to complain, the lady (manager) at the front desk swore my father to and back while verbally assaulting my brother. We have continued to try have the issue sorted but they refuse to return calls, hang up or become dangerous with potential to be violent. This has gone on for 2 weeks. My next step is to take legal action. Stay away from thia company - a disgrace to the good natured business owners of Port Elizabeth.
