My car needed a new battery, which i had put in, and of cause my radio now needed it's code, which i got from my radio handbook given to me when i got the car in 2005, to my horror it didn't work, went to the dealership, technician took my Vin number, came back with a different code, tried that several times (after driving around for half hour so the radio could reset to code option REALLY!) and only to find that this doesn't work either. turns out when i had radio issues about 3 years ago they put in 2 new radios, and never bother to keep the code for the one that finally got fitted and word, NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY to remove this radio and get the code at the back of the radio, which according to them is quite a process, ARE YOU NUTS!!! I must pay for your mistake, seriously, what great customer service, i must be honest, no good word has come from me about McCarthy Nissan gateway and i don't think i will every again have something good to say! i refuse to pay for peoples incompetence and then be treated like it was my fault, NO NO NO not good enough!!!
