After being given the wrong motor part by Toysan my father had to travel to Toysan for a second time in one day to obtain the correct car part, after having to wait more than 30 minutes for the correct part my father asked Micheal if he was the owner of the business to complain about the long waiting period, Michael then told my dad to out of the shop and he accused him of being a, the other two workers with Michael and 2 security guards then started pushing/assaulting him and the verbal abuse then continued until my dad was pushed outside the gate. We are apalled by this treatment to a pensioner and my dad was on his own against 5 much younger men, a case of assault and defimation of character has been filed at the police station as my father was very traumatised and humiliated by the workers of Toysan. When my dad was called a then why did Michael admit to the fact that my dad is white. We are convinced that this treatment to customers is a common practise and must be stopped.
