So much for Artist support!! SAMRO

I AM A SOLO ARTIST, I COMPOSE AND PERFORM MY OWN MUSIC WORKS AND I HAVE SUBMITTED MY FIRST WORKS TO SAMRO IN JUNE 2011, SINCE THEN MY SONGS HAVE BEEN AIRED ON A LOCAL RADIO STATION AND IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I HAVE HEARD ANYTHING FROM SAMRO REGARDING PAYOUT OF MY ROYALTIES..I CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE TO FOLLOW UP AND I WAS GIVEN CONFIRMATION THAT I HAVE REGISTERED TOGETERH WITH MY LICENSE NUMBER, HOWEVER THEY HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID OUT AS YET SINCE JUNE 2013 AND EVERYTIME I CALL IN TO FOLLOW UP I GET THE SAME RESPONSE, ' THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THIS AND WILL GET BACK TO ME ' WHEN I ASK WHEN I CAN EXPECT FEEDBACK THE REPLY IS I DONT KNOW. EVERY MAIL SENT IS ALWAYS RETURNED WITH THE SAME REPLY, WILL ARE BUSY INVESTIGATING AND WILL ADVISE. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROVIDE AN ASWER TO YOUR CLIENTS? SAMRO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE ARTISTS SUPPORT ACTING IN THEIR BEST INTEREST BUT IN THIS CASE IT SEEMS AS IF THEY HAVE NO INTEREST AT ALL, BE IT IN THEIR WORK OR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO STAND BY THEIR MISSION AND VISION. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ITS NO WONDER SA ARTISTS CAN NEVER MAKE IT IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY, ITS NOT THE COUNTRY, ITS THE INCOMPET THAT RUNS
