On 20/9/2013 i was notified on my cell and tv to pay R10 or my service would be cut, on 26/9/2013 my service was cut. I phoned the call centre and Nkosi told me that i was cut as there was an outstanding amount of R5.17 due to a price increase the beginning of this year, and that i was notified by mail of the increase. This notice i have never received, and even if i should have received such letter, it would not have had any effect as i have paid (for the year in advance) R220 for the Easy View bouqet, as told by your Randburg office on 31 October 2012 which is only renewable by the end of October 2013.Please sort out the mess, thank you.
