DSTV charges exorbitant monthly fees due to a monopoly in the South African market. One would hope for decent service as a result. I have been trying to get in touch with ANY of the listed call centers for over 3 hrs without any luck. They don't even have a voice prompt available or an option to leave your contact details. The website is supposed to offer "self-service" but I can't even make a change on it without it reloading to the login page... what use is that? If you are going to provide poor service with regular faults please offer a larger call center to cope with the demands.
