So been trying to call with louck with the maze of an ivr. When u eventually get. Through good luck. Lady hardly listened to what i needed then trfd me. Needless to say. Another wait and... call got cut. Tried again no luck. Then someone suggested twitter... Tried that no idea what i said but got a response.ni responded, still no help and its one week later. Yet you. Want. To charge such high fees and cant offer support.

I need my problem resolved...
