Me and my wife returned from our holiday only to get back and find 3 messages on our decoder from multichoice.

There was 3 messages on our screen, the first one we activated our dstv to a higher package, the 2nd one we need to pay R798 and the 3rd one that our dstv starboard is de activated.

How are we to pay R798 plus reconnection fees when we did not authorize anything.

We pay only R422 a month for our package and now we get this pathetic service from multichoice.

I discontinued my top tv service and joined dstv because of the many variety channels dstv offer that top tv don't, even tho top tv used to give me coverage problems sometimes they never billed me more than what i was liable for, dstv rudely and pathetically just double billed me for a package i did not authorize and just use the if you dont pay us we will simply cut you off as LEVERAGE.

This is, bribery, malpractice and!
