I can hardly ever get through to the call center, most of the time just a engaged line tone.
When you do get through these people have no clue of what they are doing. First there systems were down and u had to repeat all my info just to create an account. Then they suspended the wrong account and i had to drive to a service center to sort it out. Now i'm suspended again and i can't make payment as the website does not work and my customer number does not exist anymore.
I wish someone can just come up with a new satellite TV solution so nobody need to use Multichoice anymore.
