I have been a multichoice subscriber for over 20 years and have cancelled my subscription today. The problem I have had is that I had the old card and have been unable to get to a center to swap it and got the message on my TV that my account would be suspended if it was not done by today. I cannot walk long distances, as I have a spinal problem, live alone and do drive. I have spoken to call center staff about this on a number of occasions and I'm still treated like this?? Thank you for your support for your customers Multichoice! I'm glad to see just how much we really matter to you! /sarcasm off
