It has been a week now that I am trying to get hold of multichoice about my suspended account. I have 2 packages (compact and easy view). On the 31 January (Which, according to the message you sent was the last day for payment) I made a payment. I normally just make a payment on my customer number 83974275 and R30 goes to the easyview and the other amount to the compact package. This time I do not know what the happened. Both my dishes are still suspended and when I check on the website it says I do not owe anything. If the call center is not available (which happens frequently), I hold and hold until I run out of airtime. I have spent more than R150 on these calls. I must say you take the words 'bad customer service' to a whole new level. They must consider naming it after you. Nx!!
