UNALLOCATED PAYMENTS (MONTHLY)

EVERY SINGLE MONTH, my subscription is cut because some dumb person cant find it, every month I have to send my proof of payment to them and I DONT WANT TO set up a debit order. Sick and tired of service and people that cant even speak English properly.
