CUT US OFF EVERY MONTH AFTER PAYING LAST 8 MONTHS

This could drive a person absolutely crazy every month I PAY a EFT THREE DAY BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH AS MULTICHOICE HAS REQUESTED AND EVERY MONTH NO MATTER WHAT WE GET CUT OFF, this has become such a problem I need to speak to Management. OH and then we have to pay reconnection fees please we are at the moment cut off again i have proof of payment since our debt order was cancelled 8 MONTHS AGO, DUE TO MULTICHOICE TRYING TO TAKE 3 PAYMENT OFF AT ONCE...
