I would like to upgrade my current DSTV package. Unfortunately after many unanswered calls to the call centre and making use of the so callled sms service, I have still received no response from DSTV. "You'll get so much more with DSTV! We'll get in touch with you shortly to assist you with your enquiry. Received on 5/06/2013 at 11:22 am. Hmmm Since today is 18/06/2013, I really am starting to wonder when shortly will be? Is Multichoice/DSTV still interested in customer service?
