From the 25th of Septerber 2013 i have being given the run around, but the persons mentioned. I request for a debt order to go off from my account, thinking that it would be more convenient, i guess i was wrong. On the 3rd of October 2013 i spoke to Patrick, then on the 2nd i spoke to Mpho and Mteteleli, these guys have no clue what is goiing on there where they work, promisses was made to call me back, but up to today no call from TopTv, Over the weekend my account had been debited twice, i called the call centre again today 07-10-2013 to find out why this was done, i spoke to Brown Motswatswa the call centre floor MANAGER which is even more clueless than his collegues, this guy couldn't even give me one straight answer, If this is the way TopTv conducts it's buisness then i don't want to be part of them.
