SABC boycotted

At 20h30 SABC2 was cut and screen went blank, together with SABC1 and 3. I contacted helpdesk reference 1412101044 and was told my installation is faulty. The signal to all 3 channels was returned 2 hours later without any installation changes. I want a credit for 1 day for a fault which was not mine.
