Pathetic service got a new low

After planning well in advance to go out with the movies with my wife (arranging a babysitter!), we were shocked to have our movie cut-off before the end!

We, along with a few other patrons were watching the 22:50 show of Red2 at Gateway on 5 October 2013 when the movie after approaching the suspense end, just stopped in its track and stopped.

We all searched for staff to assist, but there was absolutely no staff there. We searched and searched and even asked the cleaners, so some disciplinary action is required. Even worse, we tried to call the Manager on duty cell number and he did not answer, so some disciplinary action is also required for this pathetic lazy so called manager on duty!

I am sure you have violated the Consumer Protection Act for receiving full funds and not delivering on the promised service, but you are probably too useless and incapable to read this email, understand it, and even do anything about it!

The other patrons will probably not have the time to report a similar report as mine, but please use mine to make an example of your staff and especially the manager.. line them up and fire them!
