I have been sending multi choice several emails, i have called in on more occasions than i care to remember. I have had dstv for approximately 5 or 6 months now and i baught my decoder at Game for R599 incl installation.. i have had the installation people come out 3 times (and i have givin them the information of my installation people) and they say the problem is not with the installation but on DSTV side..I pay almost R700 pm for something that does not work..I can watch about 5 channels and the rest of the channels simply just does not work..It is always searching for signal and if that is not the case i feel like im watching a badly scratched movie..I have phoned in many times and please go and pull my records and they tell me the same thing over and over that pulling out the cord at the back and taking my card out and putting that all back DOES NOT WORK.I am simply going to stop paying this account..I have never received such poor service and all those 20-30 min conversations i am constantly having with them over the phone costs alot of money. Hope i get a response???
