Extremely disappointed with a competition i won. It was for a R5000 online jewellery voucher. Instead i received a hamper. When i receive the hamper, 3 of the items didn't fit. I straight away contacted Gugu telephonically who said she would look into it. 3 weeks later after numerous mails, still no outcome. Yesterday i was told to return what didn't fit and they would replace it with something else, but i had to arrange the courier. when i complained, Burn said they would pay for it, yet i still had to do the running around for the prize i won. When i questioned the change in the competition prize, i had to prove it, which i did. I am now not getting any response to my mail to them yesterday as i am getting conflicting answers between Burn and Gugu. Highly disgusted in the way this has been handled. When i complained about why it took so long to respond, i was told by Burn that they deal with thousands of winners and it takes time. get more people in then if they can't handle.
