Hi on the 3rd of November I recharged my toptv for 15 days which was supposed to expire today 17th November 2013 to my surprise it was suspended on 10th of November 2013. I called toptv relating my problem after some time they acknowledged that there is problem with their billing system they will consult IT department. They haven't contacted me as promise and my tv it's been off for three days. The question is how many millions are being made out of this? Where do the source their IT technicians maybe from the University of Nkandla. Mobile operators are screwing us and now it's Toptv, I want what I paid for. My ref 200100101.
