Goods, poor communication, advertising fail

On arrival @ the apartment we rented, we were expecting complimentary bottle of bubbly as advertised but there was none. There was no hot water as the boiler was switched off & we had to take a cold shower as it took forever for the water to heat up. I had to speak to 2 different people on arrival which I didn't expect as the person who took the booking never took the time to explain she won't be the person to meet us on arrival. We were greeted by ants all over kitchen top near the sink & had to rush out to get a product to contain the problem. The apartment was not very clean at all. On Christmas Eve we noticed that cleaning staff had entered the apartment whilst being out & my designer bracelet that was left next to the bedside table was gone. My husband immediately rang a number that said manager on it that was left on the kitchen top as we could not get hold of anybody from the rental agent. He said he'll pass the information on to the agency. My husband asked him to make sure that no cleaning staff must enter the apartment again until after we leave. Two days later money disappeared. The booking agent made us feel that we lie & we still waiting for a response.
