Atrocious service from Pam Golding Leisure Letting

We spent a week at Indigo 13 in Margate over New Years. We arrived to a messy apartment which was not ready for check-in at 3pm. It wasn't cleaned well, smelt of old meat, most of the lights didn't work and the tv in the main bedroom was broken. There were no towels and the toilet in the second bathroom had no seat and could not be used. Half the kitchen inventory was missing. When we tried the shower in the second bathroom, the drain, which was a gaping hole in the floor with no cover, was blocked and attempts to use a plunger resulted in the bathroom smelling like a sewer. The housekeepers told us to wait until Monday for towels! And said they would report the toilet seat first thing on Monday as on a Saturday afternoon no one was available to assist. We spent 2 days with 1 bathroom for 8 people. We had to call Pam Golding 5 times to get a plumber out to assist us on Monday. We ran out of gas halfway through a braai, with no spare cylinders. The apartment displayed a 4* AA tourism grading plaque. Pam Golding staff, Gina Horne and Rhona Worthman, were incredibly rude on the phone and the level of service was terrible. We've e-mailed them our grievances and have had no response.
